The good:
The HTC Touch HD boasts a sleek design with a large and bright display. The handheld is an excellent messaging device with a full QWERTY keyboard. It also offers Bluetooth, a 5-megapixel camera with video recording capability, Wi-Fi and GPS.
The bad:
The HTC Touch HD exposes Windows Mobile non finger friendly interface, and the camera doesn't have flash.

The HTC Touch HD is without doubt the best Windows Mobile experience I have ever had, the screen is simply stunning, TouchFlo 3D works for what it does, the sensitivity of the screen is excellent and the most sensitive that I have used. In a word, it is a all-in-one smartphone and will make your life more convenient.
Design - The HTC Touch HD is a really stylish phone with clean, simple design and attractive large touchscreen. You will like it at your first glance. It has a sleek shape and compact dimensions (115mm by 63mm by 12mm and 147g) that make it easy to take on the go. The large 51x84mm display with 480x800 pixels is bright and beautiful, with vibrant colors and sharp graphics.
Features and performance - The HTC Touch HD offers a 5-megapixel camera with video recording capability which will give you higher quality pictures than other phones. And the screen on Touch HD should be amazing for watching videos on the go. It also includes the Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS receiver. Finally, the call quality is great.
Battery - The HTC Touch HD boasts a very respectable battery life, with a 1350mAh battery, it has a rated talktime of 420 minutes and a standby time of 680 hours.
