From the Android developer site news, Google released the latest version of Android system distribution statistics. The latest data show that, compared to May, Android 2.1 version of the system's user numbers has increased from 37.2% to 53.1%, while the Android 2.2 also was in the statistical chart first time.

Compared to previous statistics, Android 2.0 and 2.0.1 systems have disappeared, all these users upgraded to the 2.1 system, 1.5 and 1.6 version of the original user has skip the 2.0 to 2.1. Now use Android 1.5 system and the Android 1.5 system's user percentage has dropped to 21.3% and 23.5%.

Android 2.2 system first appeared in the Google official statistics, the current Nexus One has already opened the upgrade, Droid X and a few new models will begin to upgrade in the future. Furthermore, many users have started trying to use third-party modification 2.2 version ROM, Android 2.2 version system accounted for 1.8% in the user terminal.

Purportedly, this picture is HTC Sense Android 2.2 system's screenshot, and this updates are a lot of HTC customers look forward. Although Google has already distributed the latest 2.2 Froyo system to the vendors, but HTC need to transplant system into its own Sense interface, and it will issue to the terminal.
From the screenshot you can see the system has been updated version 2.2, the kernel is compiled by the HTC, if this shot did not come through PS, it mean that HTC's Android 2.2 system update will come.
